Thousands of Apple fans besieged stores across New York on Friday, September 22, as the much-anticipated iPhone 15 officially went on sale.
Apple stores across the country were heaving with crowd Friday morning, with many people eager to buy the flagship device.
Some of those in line were tourists who brought along their luggages.
There were two lines, one for those who planned to purchase the device on the spot, and another for those who had pre-ordered and were waiting for collection.
Like in previous years, the iPhone 15 is available in four configurations: iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max. The 15 and Pro both have 6.1-inch displays, while the Plus and Pro Max’s screens are 6.7 inches.
Battery life and screen size are encompassed in this, with the iPhone 15 hosting the same 6.1-inch display and video playback capacity as the iPhone 14.
