Raheem Sterling, a forward for Chelsea, has described what the new manager at Stamford Bridge would discover in the team’s locker room.
After failing to inspire the team, interim manager Frank Lampard will soon be replaced, according to Chelsea’s owners, led by Todd Boehly.

Lampard was appointed on an interim basis to finish the season when Graham Potter was fired, however during his five games in charge, he has lost five times.
Sterling said that whoever takes over at Stamford Bridge will be working with a highly talented squad. He believes the players are there for the manager to convert them into winners.
“Whoever takes over will find a bunch of talented players. Like anything, wherever you go, you need a structure, that we as players follow, and a leader. It’s as simple as that.”
