Peter Obi, the Labour Party‘s candidate for president in the 2023 elections, has advised Nigerian youths not to migrate abroad in quest of better opportunities.
Several Nigerian youths reportedly expressed interest in fleeing the nation soon after Bola Tinubu was named the victor of Saturday’s presidential election, according to reports.
Peter Obi responded, “I see people telling me they want to leave the countrystay in Nigeria,” when asked for his advise to young people who are discouraged and plan to leave. I’ll stay here with you.
Obi assured Nigerian youths that the Labour Party will overcome and reclaim its mandate.
“I assure you, we will overcome,” he said.
