JungleTalker reports that popular radio station, Splash FM 105.5 Ibadan, located in Oyo state, has officially banned songs by famous Nigerian artist Naira Marley until further notice.
The radio station owners took the decision after several videos of Naira Marley boys bullying late rapper Mohbad surfaced on the internet.
On social media, many Nigerians have been calling for the arrest of Marley and one Sam Larry, who was also seen in a video bullying the late rapper.
The ban on Naira Marley’s songs is likely to be adopted by several media houses.
Already, the artist has lost over 200,000 followers on his Instagram page.
The hashtag #JusticeForHashtag has also been trending on social media as calls for the arrest of Marley and Larry grow stronger.
Earlier today, the Lagos state police command announced that it had commenced an investigation into the matter.
