Shehu Sani, a former congressman in Nigeria, has urged the young of the country to seize control of it through the use of PVCs or through ongoing live demonstrations.
The warning was published on his verified Twitter account on Thursday.
The former senator pointed out that young people make up the majority of registered voters.
He added that they have the option of choosing to live in placard-carrying conflict.
He wrote, “The Nigerian Youth constitute the majority of the 93 million registered voters. The choices are yours: to take back your country with your votes or to live the rest of your lives with placards and Aluta solidarity songs and gbosa, gbosa mentality.”
